What are small red light therapy panels?
Small red light therapy panels are usually much less than 36″ long and are designed for targeted treatment on a smaller area of your body. Most people use this size of lights for skin therapy often referred as ANTI-AGING. They are best for this purpose as they cover the whole face with adequate intensity of light to make the most of the light therapy. They are easy to place on the table and they take less electricity which helps reduce the bills.
Small lights are not just for beauty therapy but quite often used for muscle/joint pain and recovery after intensive exercise.
